Addition of a Floor to the Genetic Engineering Building
The project included the construction of concrete structures at depths reaching 17 meters, as well as an industrial hangar equipped with a 20-ton crane, with millimeter-level requirements for the foundations of mechanical equipment supplied from the Czech Republic.
These requirements were addressed by developing a 3D model of the structures to accurately control levels, dimensions, and fixing locations.
Overcoming Execution Challenges
Water leakage that emerged during execution was also addressed using specialized concrete injection and waterproofing solutions, enabling the equipment to be installed and the project to be delivered according to specifications.
